When arriving to a home or away meet please go straight to your bull pen and check in with your bull pen parent.

Can't Make the meet: If your child will not be at a meet you MUST let coach Jessica know no later than Tuesday of that week. There are 2 ways to inform her: Text message Jessica (770)855-6902 or you can email Jessica at [email protected]. Please do not try to tell her during practice or in passing.  If your child gets sick the day of the meet CALL Jessica as soon as possible.

What should you bring to the meet: it is suggested that you bring 2 towels for your child. One to sit on and one to dry off with. Come wearing your team suit and team t-shirt. Goggles and Swim cap if your child uses these. Some people choose to bring cards, small games, etc to keep their children entertained while they are waiting for their event. All meets will sell food; you will need cash. You also might want to bring a chair to sit in for yourself.

Bullpen: ALL SWIMMERS under the age of 12 are to stay in the bullpen at ALL times. There will be parents who are there to monitor, but your child needs to understand this rule as well. This helps ensure that swimmers don't miss their event. For no reason should swimmers be behind the starting blocks.

Volunteers: All parents are required to work 1/2 of the meet. Celeste will have a board that you will need to find once you arrive at the meet. There you will find your assigned area and time that you are working. You are to arrive at your position 5 minutes prior to the switch.

Home meets: It is asked that you stay and help put the pool back together once the meet finishes. The more people that stay to help the sooner it gets done.

Swim Suits: Team suits can be purchased at Dynamo (the one right around the corner). It will be under the name Hillbrooke. They will take up to 2 weeks to come in because they are monogrammed with the name Hillbrooke on the front. You might want to check the hours that the shop is open before going.
