Hi everyone!

I will be assigning positions to those of you that have not yet signed up on signup genius tonight. Please sign up if you haven't already. 

There has been some confusion about your roles at the meets. First of all, please remember that if your child swims, you can expect to have a role at the meet. If you haven't signed up yet, I will give you a role. EVERYONE has a role.

There are people that don't show up to the meets (sick child, vacation, etc) and so we will usually need to have everyone at the meet ready to be placed in a position when this happens. If you do not have a name tag on the board, you are considered to be a "sub". We may pull you if we need you.

Also, there have been times when, due to absences, I have to change the roles that you sign up for on sign up genius. I try not to do this, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Please look at your name tags carefully to see what role you have and in which half you will be volunteering. Always go to directly to the volunteer board when you arrive at the meet to find your name tag.
