Hello everyone,

Our session begins on 3 Thursday. Our warmup time is 2:30. Please plan to have the kids there by 2 so we can get setup and practice together. We are sitting in the stands this year as a team so we need help bringing the kids down to the deck. Ideally we would have one female and one male volunteer as previously you had to walk to through the locker room to get them to the deck for their swim. In addition we need one volunteer to do awards (I think this is ribbons). Usually with the volunteer jobs they make sure you get a chance to see your kids swim.

The meet takes place at the CRC or recreation center at Georgia Tech. The address is 750 Ferst Dr, Atlanta, GA 30318. Please be aware this is downtown and traffic can be bad anytime of day so plan ahead.

Parking is cheaper if you preorder online at: https://gatech.clickandpark.com/ Please only buy the day you need and make sure you select the correct day (Day 2 is Thursday, if needed Day 4 is Saturday), no one will need an All Day pass. The cost for the advance passes is $12.00 (thanks to a service charge).  If you do not prepay for parking you will need cash to park, the cost is $15 at the gate.
