Hey everyone! 

Our meet this Thursday is at the AAC. I'll send out a separate email with directions etc in a couple of days, but I wanted to make sure that you all have the most important details first. 

Firstly, halfway through the meet, there will a PARENT/COACH relay race! We have the opportunity to enter three teams - time for some of you to dust off those college swim caps! (The pool is six lanes and deep enough to dive in from both ends)

The AAC is always a fun place to go and the facilities and food are fantastic. However, they are a private members club and we need to remember that when signing up for this meet. 

1. You need to show a valid ID to get into the club

2. Outside food and coolers are not permitted. 

3. There will be a delicious BBQ buffet available for swimmer and parents: 

• Ages 5-13: $15.75
• Adults: $23.25  

• Tossed Garden Salad w/ Balsamic & Ranch
• Potato Salad
• Pulled Pork
• Assorted BBQ sauces & buns
• Grilled Chicken
• Mac & Cheese
• Chicken Fingers & Fries
• Cookies

(I've asked if there will be alternatives to the buffet available - I'll confirm once I know)

4. There will be a bar available for adults. 

5. They have a fully electronic timing system (we will still have back up timers) so I encourage you to download the Swimtopia app to get real-time results! 

We beat them at home last year, let's beat them at their own pool this summer!
