Good afternoon, Hammerheads! 

We have a great meet scheduled for tomorrow - and the weather looks fantastic! 

• Please arrive at 4pm for our warmups at 4.30pm.
• If your swimmers are registered for the meet but won't be swimming, please let myself or Coach Ashley know ASAP!
• ALL volunteers should collect their job labels when they arrive at the meet - 1st & 2nd half. As I mentioned previously, we're running an incredibly tight ship in terms of subs. 
• Please remind your swimmers that they must not leave the bullpen without the permission of the volunteers in charge of that bullpen: "my mom said it's okay" is not okay! 
• Thank you to everyone that helped clear up and return the furniture - I really appreciate it. The coaches and I begin setting up just after 3pm, so all the help we get is really welcomed. There was a lot of trash left lying around - the teenagers and the 9-10 and 11-12 boys could do a better job at throwing their trash away!

***We do have a an opportunity for someone to do something a little different for this meet: we're looking for a volunteer to stand in for Eric and be an announcer/DJ for the evening! That job comes with free food and drink from the concession stand, hand delivered! Email me back if you're interested!***

***Bull Pens*** 

Without wanting to labor the point - we are low on volunteers this season. If you find yourself given two shifts in a bull pen for this meet, it is because either I or one of the coaches had to go and track down your swimmer because they left the bullpen without permission and almost missed their race. We do not have the volunteer resources to be doing that for this meet, so the only solution is for a parent to be present at all times during the meet. If you are in this position, I am happy for you swap out with a sub if you feel that your swimmer is able to follow instructions from another parent this time. 

Finally, please don't forget to sign up for the coaches swim to serve endeavor. They're doing a great job for a vital mission!
