Well folks, it looks like the weather might cooperate! 

We need everyone, swimmers and volunteers, on deck between 4pm and 4.15pm and ready to be in the water for warmups at 4.30pm. 

When you arrive, please come over and the coaches will help your swimmer write their events, heat and lane on their arms. It would help enormously if you also write your swimmers name on their back! 

Parents should check whether they have a volunteer role by finding the large blue pin board and finding the sticker with their name on it. 

Please remember that seating is either side of the pool. Under no circumstances should parents be behind the starting blocks. 

Please advise your swimmers that they MUST stay in their bullpens unless authorised to leave by the bullpen parent. If your swimmer decides to unilaterally go get some candy and misses their race, that's on them. 

We will have concessions tonight, so bring some cash or a venmo!  

In the highly unlikely event of thunder/lightening, please clear the deck immediately. DO NOT GO HOME. Coach Ashley and I will make a decision on the meet accordingly and let you all know in good time. 

I'm waiting on some more T-shirts, but we do have some in stock. If you would like a new one, please come see me and I'll see what we have. First come, first served until the new stock arrives in the next couple of days.
