Hey Hammerheads!

We are excited for a new swim season! We'd like to try a new procedure for volunteer signs ups this year. We will be testing it for the Mock Meet, and if all goes well, this is how we will run the whole season.

How it ill work:

1) 72 Hours before the meet, we will email/post a Sign Up Genius Link. This will be at 5 pm on Saturday for the Mock Meet, and 5 pm on Mondays for the other meets.

2) Once the Sign Up Genius is shared, please go ahead and pick your volunteer position by signing up. Remember, every family has to have one adult sign up for either the first or second half of the meet if your child is swimming. Even if you, the parent, will not be there, an adult representative must volunteer for your child to swim.

3) 24 Hours before the meet (5pm), the Sign Up Genius will be closed, and we will then be assigning jobs to anyone that has a child swimming, and has not signed up. NOT signing up does NOT mean you don't work, it just means you don't select your position. 

4) Specialized jobs ARE NOT on the Sign Up Genius. We know those people that work the specialized jobs. You do not need to sign up anywhere. These include:

-Ribbons, Photographer, Concessions

5) Families with only a swimmer in the 15+ group, do not have to volunteer.
