Hi folks, 

I've had lots of questions about two things, so I thought it would be worth confirming to the group. 

1. This is a summer swim. We have amazing coaches that will absolutely help your swimmer improve, get faster, and have loads of fun in the water. What they can't do at swim practice is teach non-swimmers how to swim from scratch. Once the season is underway, some of the coaches will be offering individual lessons outside of the team practice times. 

2. Yes, you will be expected to volunteer if you have a swimmer in a meet. If you can't make it, it's your responsibility to find someone who can help in your place. It takes a lot of time and effort behind the scenes to make these meets work smoothly, especially with the amount of swimmers we have!
