Hi everyone, 

We're closing meet registrations tonight, so if your swimmers want to swim, get them registered ASAP.

Please see the email below from Seven Oaks. I will say that parking can be a pain, so it's best to get there early! 

1. The meet will be held at our Seven Oaks Pool. 

The address is: 12275 7 Oaks Parkway Johns Creek, GA 30005 

2.  Please ask your families to be courteous of our neighborhood parking and adhere to the 'no parking' signs. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street to avoid bottlenecking the flow of traffic. 

3. The visiting team bullpen will be reserved in the grassy area behind the clubhouse. You might want to consider having your families bring tents and bug spray. 

4. Our concessions will serve pizza and hot dogs as well as chips, candy and drinks. We will have Venmo and cash payment options. 

5. Hillbrooke will be in lanes 1 and 3 and 5 and your warmup time will be from 5:00-5:25pm. There will be a timers meeting as close to 5:15pm as possible so we can start the meet promptly at 5:30pm. If you're a timer or judge, you need to attend the timers meeting irrespective of whether you're 1st or 2nd shift.
