Greetings Hammerhead families,

This year we are happy to bring back our program Swim to Serve. We are working with North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) and Cure Childhood Cancer!

For our 1st home meet against Cambridge we will be collecting snacks and laundry items. You can find the items listed below for Cure in the sign up genius.
We will collect the items from May 29th to June 4th. Your participation will help ease the burden for the families affected by childhood cancer who might be spending days in the hospital.

For our 2nd home meet against Atlanta Athletic Club, we will be collecting canned food items to give to the NFCC. Items needed can be found below.
Please bring these items at the June 24th swim meet.

Swim to serve is a wonderful time to be able to show and teach your children about the importance of giving back.

We will send reminders out for both of these service opportunities.

Laundry kits
Patient families that are in the hospital for days or weeks at a time need to do lots of laundry. CURE provides them with single-use laundry kits.

Things being collected
snack size ziplock or bag
free and clear laundry detergent pods
free and clear dryer pods

Snack Kits
Cure provides snack bags to families who have lengthy outpatient clinic visits.

Items being collected:

quart size ziplock bags

microwaved popcorn

Chex Mix or other salty snack
Applesauce pouch
Fruit gummies
Life Savers or other similar hard candy/mints
Napkins
