Attached you will find the complete meet program.  At the very least please print yourself the order of events and the heat sheets.  Thank you for those that volunteered today or emailed me in advance.  Those that were not here today and want the opportunity to volunteer we can find a spot for you just let me know tomorrow. Most important reminders:

1. DO NOT USE SWIMTOPIA FOR THIS MEET!! It is wrong.  The attached heat sheet is correct and you can find the meet online at meet mobile.

2. We enter the CRC together at 3:00.  Please be there no later then 2:45.  Please plan for heavy traffic.  If disaster strikes and you will be late, text me at 678-754-4902 and I will come get you outside of the CRC. Look to carpool if possible.

3. DO NOT USE SWIMTOPIA, IT IS NOT CORRECT

4. Volunteers will be given their wristbands before we enter the CRC. If you are not a volunteer, you may not sit with the team or go on the pool deck and must be in the spectator section.

5. Do not use the bathrooms on the pool deck level, they are for children only.  Only use the restrooms on the spectator level. 

6. Pack whatever you kids need into a bag they can carry, including snacks and drinks. You may bring small coolers but they cannot block the walkways or stairs.

7. Do not leave with your child without letting me, Stephen, a coach or a volunteer know

8. Swimmers must stay in the team area when they are not swimming.

9. Plan to stay at least 30 mins after the meet in order to get ribbons and medals.

10. Directly after the meet we will return to the Hillbrooke pool for pizza and celebrations
