Hi all. 

Couple of quick things for tonight.

1. Please arrive at 4.30, whatever the weather! If it's storming, wait in your cars or seek shelter. DO NOT GO HOME. There are procedures in place to deal with delays, and the meet will begin on time if possible.  Remember that other swimmers rely on yours for their relays, and you will likely have a volunteer position. 

If there is a storm delay during the meet - DO NOT GO HOME!

2. When you arrive, please get your children to their bullpen and collect your volunteer badge immediately, even if you're 2nd shift. It's vital for the volunteer coordinators to know who is here.

3. Please put the E/H/L on your swimmers arms prior to the meet. 

4. As always, tents are very much appreciated by the kids - especially if it's raining!

5. Tonight's theme is "Sports", so come in your favorite team kit! No cleats, you'll sink.
