Good morning Hammerheads!

We had a couple issues at the last meet with regards to swimmers wandering off from the bullpens and not being where they need to be for their races, so I wanted to clarify the rules. Please treat these meets as you would any other open public place. 

It is the bullpen parents' job to make sure that the swimmers get to and from their races. They are not babysitters! 

6u's & 7/8's

Swimmers MUST NOT leave the bullpen without having a parent accompany them. Bullpen parents will not allow swimmers to leave without a parent. 

9/10's

Swimmers must have a parent check them out and ensure that they return to the bullpen directly. 

11&UP

Swimmers need permission from the bullpen parents to leave. 

ALL SWIMMERS MUST BE IN THEIR BULLPEN AT LEAST FIVE R/ACES BEFORE THEIR ASSIGNED RACES. 

Bullpen parents cannot go searching around for swimmers! Please remind your swimmer/s of the rules. We want everyone to have fun at the these meets, and that includes the bullpen parents!
