Couple of things to help the NEON-themed meet go smoothly tonight.

1. Try to have the event, heat, and lane (E/H/L) written on your swimmers arms and their name on their back before the meet. It saves a great deal of time (and lost sharpie markers!).

2. We're in the water at 5pm to warm up. Please arrive as close to 4.30pm as possible. 

3. If you have a tent, please do bring it. There's usually very limited shade for the swimmers. 

4. Finally (and again), if you have a child swimming, you will likely have a volunteer position. Find the board as soon as you arrive and collect your name tag. The kids really don't want to hear their names called over the loudspeaker asking where their AWOL parents are!
