The last meet is Tuesday at St. Ives.  Information regarding the meet is below.  Please arrive by 4:30 and remember.....pick up your volunteer name tag first!

1)Please use the St Ives Club entrance (directly across from the Egg Harbor Restaurant) on Medlock Bridge/141 heading south towards State Bridge Rd. There is no security at this entrance. After you enter the gates, the pool parking lot is the second turn on the left. Overflow parking will be on the street near the upper clay tennis courts which is located above the pool/tennis parking lot. There are stairs that lead from the street down to the pool/tennis parking lot.

2) Parking is also permitted along the road behind the upper clay tennis courts as mentioned above.

3)The Visiting Team bullpen is reserved under the pavilion closest to the playground. In addition, your Team can use the grassy space behind the pavilion and playground. St Ives does reserve the tables in front of the pavilion for our 13 & Up bullpen.

4)I would highly recommend bringing tents to set-up on the grass, there is ample room. Our deck is set-up with some chairs for spectators, but parents may wish to bring their own chairs to ensure sufficient seating.

5)Our swim meet is scheduled to start at 5:30pm prompt.

6)Your Team warm-up time is scheduled from 5:00 to 5:25pm.

7)Swimmers can dive in from both ends of our pool during relays.

8)We are optimistic that the weather will be favorable for our scheduled meet, but scattered thunderstorms are predicted. We will make any necessary decisions at the meet!

10) We have a 5:15pm meeting for all volunteers.

12)We will be selling Dippin Dots for a team fundraiser if you’d like to tell your team to bring cash – they are $4 each.

13) NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED. ST IVES COUNTRY CLUB WILL STRONGLY ENFORCE THIS RULE.

14) St Ives Cabana will have a buffet to purchase using credit/debit card, no cash. We will also do reciprocal billing. We will also have soft drinks and bar items available for purchase.
