We are going to try and get the meet started about 5:30, so try and arrive about 5.  Unlike a normal meet we have some time flexibility to answer questions, get numbers put on and explain volunteer positions.  

All parents need to check in with me on the pavilion deck to get their volunteer positions as soon as you arrive. As we begin the meeting I would like all volunteers (1st and second shift) to be at their spots and i will go around and make sure everyone knows what they are doing.  

Swimmers, when they arrive should go directly to their bullpens.  if they need numbers they can get them by the tables near the shallow end of the pool.  Coaches will be there to help and show parents how to do this.

There will be concessions tonight, burgers, hot dogs drinks etc. So you can plan to eat at the pool!
