VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL

For the most part our first meet went very well, thank you all for your work as volunteers and the swimmers all did a fantastic job.  The one issue we are still dealing with is knowing if people will be at the meet.  We will need to get a little more strict on this.  I sent these instructions a few times last week.  Even if you filled out the google form at the beginning of the season I still need you to do this process from the rest of the season.  If you do NOT reply that your swimmer will be there, they will NOT be in the next meet.  Please complete this for the entire season.  For Thursday meets, registration will close Tuesday at 5.  For Tuesday meets, registration will close Saturday at Noon.  Instruction on how to enter your child in the meets are below.

And in general, please read my emails, we had many parents asking for the address of Shakerag last night, it was in an email.  Thanks!

 Please go to the website, login, go to meets, then next to each meet it will say meet entry, hit that button, then hit edit and indicate whether all of your swimmers will be attending or not attending the meet. Please do this for all of the meets.
