Ok, we are going to try something new technology-wise.  I have now opened the meets for the season on the website.  Please go to the website, login, go to meets, then next to each meet it will say meet entry, hit that button, then hit edit and indicate whether all of your swimmers will be attending or not attending the meet.  Hoping to streamline this process.  Please do this for all of the meets even if you have responded already.  For Thursday please do this ASAP.

Finally a few notes from tonight.  Bull pen parents, it is essential that you pay close attention to what events are being called and get the swimmers there on time.  You may not leave your job even if your swimmer is done.  Swimmers should not leave the bullpen unless they are with their parent and tell the bullpen parent they are leaving.

Timers, it is essential that you write down the full time, do not round up or down, we need the tenths and hundredths as well.  Please make sure your time sheets have been collected by a recorder.
