Hey everyone,

This is the LAST call for signing your child up for GA Tech Finals!  You MUST (absolutely no exceptions) let me know by 12 pm tomorrow Monday the 17th.  

**For those already signed up, NO CHANGES to your child's events after tomorrow at 12 pm.** 

GA Tech Divisional Meet

How would your kid like to swim in the 1996 Olympic Swimming
Pool at GA Tech? How would you like to see their names on the official Olympic
scoreboard???

This is a fast paced and exciting event for everyone!!!

Our session for the divisional is Thursday June 27th from 3-6:30
pm (approximately). Championship is Saturday June 29th from 11am-2pm (10 and
under) and 4 pm- 7:30 (11 and up).

If you are interested please email us ASAP with:

name / age group

2.parents
name

3.email/phone

4.(2) individual events they
wish to swim (coaches set up relays if we have enough swimmers)

*We
will have a paper sign up at practice, but prefer you to email with info if
your child wants to swim.

$23 fee per swimmer-please give to Michelle Ballard, Eric, or Coaches- include childs name on check. (Parking at the event is about $15 per car
- suggest carpooling). Please make checks payable to “Hillbrooke Swim Team” and
return to one of us by End of Practice Monday, June 17^th.

All swimmers may enter 2 individual events and up to two relays.
(Swimmers can choose their individual events and coaches will choose relays.
Child’s full name and 2 events need to be listed on your check.) Top 40 overall
(10 and under) or 30 overall (11 and up) are invited back for the Saturday swim
along with the top 10 relays.

We will need to provide several volunteers. Please let us know
if you are interested. You can purchase an ad in the heat sheet. This would be
financially beneficial for the team.
