Please park on only one side of the street (the other side will be marked with no parking signs). The parking lot will be completely closed for swimmers' bullpens and concessions.

Coaches can arrive anytime, parents and swimmers are free to arrive any time after 3:45pm.

Meet Details

• We have a six lane pool – please bring timer volunteers for 3 lanes.

• Visiting team warm-ups start around 4:45/5pm (run for 1/2 hour) with the meet starting at 5:30 PM.
• We will have chairs laid out for maximum seating. Please ask your parents to not move the chairs and not block the walkways. Folding chairs can be set up behind the laid out chairs. Chairs in blocked walkways will be asked to move to allow for plenty of room (you would be surprised at how many parents get offended by us asking them to move so they do not block this). Also, we have to keep the far side of the pool clear for the referee, so we prefer no chairs over there.
• The back ½ of the parking lot will be blocked off for your bullpens so if there are no tennis matches, the deck may be used, but we often have senior teams playing on Thursday nights. You may want to bring tents and assess if you want to use them.
• The event counter is on the far side of the pool on the fence (electronic). The announcer will be announcing first call for events about 10 in advance, calling (about 5-6 in advance) and last call for events (about 2-3 in advance) and there is a speaker pointing into the parking lot. We are in the process of having this speaker replaced because it works sometimes and sometimes not so please have whoever gets the swimmers to the blocks pay attention to the event counter when they are on deck.

Concessions are in the front half of the parking lot which offers the following: hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza slices, noodles, walking tacos, BBQ sandwiches, baked potatoes, chips, candy, Gatorade, water, soda, and more. We would love for your families to help us out and support our concessions!
